Who We Are

A Union of people,
not of programmes.

We are evangelical Christian missionaries working across four continents. What holds us together is not an organisation chart, but a shared conviction: every person carries an inviolable dignity, and every life deserves someone willing to walk beside it.

Our Story

Born from a call, grown through relationships

The Union began with a small group of believers convinced that faith becomes visible only when it takes the shape of concrete care.

What started as occasional support for a handful of communities grew, year after year, into a network of missions spanning Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas.

We have never sought to grow for the sake of growing. Each new presence began the same way: someone asked for help, and someone else was willing to stay long enough to make a difference.

What We Believe

Four convictions that shape everything we do

These are not slogans. They are the reasons we make the choices we make, including the difficult ones.

Dignity

Every person is inviolable

Dignity is not earned and cannot be revoked. We meet people as they are, without conditions and without asking what they can give back.

Faith

Faith that takes a shape

We believe faith is proved in what it costs. Prayer and practical help are not two separate activities: they are the same commitment seen from two sides.

Incontro fra persone di culture diverse
Bridges

Cultures meet, they do not compete

We work between peoples and traditions that rarely meet. Building bridges means listening first and staying long after the first conversation.

Presence

Staying is part of the help

Emergency relief matters, but lasting change asks for someone who remains. Wherever we begin, we plan to be there years later.

Our Journey

From a first request to a Union across continents

Every step below started with a person, not with a plan.

  1. The beginning

    A first request for help

A small community asked for support. A few families answered, and the first mission was born out of that answer.

  2. Growth

    From one mission to many

Word travelled between communities. Requests arrived from places we had never visited, and the group of volunteers grew with them.

  3. The Union

    Separate missions become one body

The missions chose to unite: shared resources, shared training and a single voice, while each community kept its own face and language.

  4. Four continents

    Present in thirteen countries

From Africa to Europe, from the Middle East to the Americas, the Union today accompanies communities in thirteen countries.

  5. Today

    The work continues

Shelter, education, humanitarian action and spiritual accompaniment: the same commitment, carried forward one relationship at a time.

The People

Missionaries, volunteers and local partners

The Union is not a headquarters that sends instructions. It is people who share the work.

Missionaries live where they serve. Volunteers give weeks or years, according to what they can honestly promise. Local partners know the ground far better than we ever will, and they lead where they should lead.

This is why our work looks different in every country: because it is built by the people who are already there.

There is a place for you in this mission

Whether you can give time, skills, support or prayer, the work grows with the people who choose to join it.
